June 12 Practice Group

We are living in turbulent times with much uncertainty, with crises and challenges to face on a daily basis.

For many people, fear and anxiety can make us go into a kind of survival mode.

-          We can try and batten down the hatches?

-          We can work harder and longer?

-          Give up on our dreams?

We can’t base our future on decisions made in fear – a kind of zombie/ austerity economics of the spirit.

With the systemic approaches in NLP to well-being and resilience we have fantastic tools and a sophisticated skills-set to support us in these troubled times.

Instead we can learn to continually strengthen our resourcefulness and constructive focus - and be skilful, productive and wise in our work and personal lives.

In this practice group we’ll;

-          explore beliefs, doubts and difficulties which run non-productive interferences in our systems
-          build ‘self-efficacy’, a sense that we have the ability to learn, make good choices and take action
-          renew and refresh goals and dreams for the future
-          learn and practice the tools of the ‘inner game’ for optimising the ability to ‘ride the waves’ of change.

Client Testimonial to Judith Lowe

“Throughout the course I was able to make some real break-throughs after some tough times. I have found and acknowledged my passion and I now feel that I have found the correct course to fulfil my life’s dreams.

All of this would not have been possible without you as our course leader. You have a real gift when it comes to teaching and coaching and I am proud to have been one of your students.

Your energy, warmth, eloquence, humour and above all passion for NLP and all your students have made the time for me and indeed all of us very, very special. I really want to thank you for that!”
