The road to leadership excellence can be found through self-modeling rather than adopting ‘one-size fits all’ leadership models. In this practice group session you’ll start to will discover how to model another’s leadership style through metaphor, so they can:-
- Be aware of their approach, beliefs and values
- Create change and growth in leadership style
- Access their personal leadership excellence more of the time
