Financing Your Course
Payment is accepted by debit card, credit card or Inter-Bank Transfer. Full payment is due on booking apart from on the Practitioner or Master Practitioner courses (Part 1, Part 2 or full programmes) where a deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the balance due 42 days before the course starts. We are only able to invoice organisations (terms full payment 30 days from date of invoice).
Many of our self-funded delegates have found that using our Payment Plan for course fees made a significant difference in their being able to do the training. Please call us on 0870 7744 321 for information.
Cancellations/Refunds/Transfers
A full refund is given for cancellations or amendments, but there is a £50 (plus VAT) administration fee to cover costs.
Assessment, Certification and Standards

We are founder members of the Professional Guild of NLP and abide by their standards. Click here for details. We are also accredited by the Association of NLP and Judith Lowe is on their Board.
Special Rates
PPD Learning offers the most thorough certification training in Britain. Some providers cut the length of their courses to keep the costs down. However, we think devoting sufficient time to integrate important material is essential. A discount is offered to those booking Practitioner l and Practitioner 2 Training together. Also, PPD Learning participants may repeat any of our courses at exclusively reduced rates of £25 plus VAT per day. Those people holding certification with other NLP organisations are welcome to attend PPDL courses of equivalent certification at a special rate.

NLP resources are available from a wide range of book-shops - look under the psychology, popular psychology, health or self-development sections. A full range of books, audio and video tapes is available from Anglo-American books. Call 01267-211880 and ask for the current NLP lists.
