Simon Horton

Simon Horton is a qualified NLP trainer, an Associate Member of the Coach Academy and a member of the Association of Business Psychologists. Simon specialises in behavioural development, including executive coaching and training in many different areas such as leadership, communication, influencing, team development and change management using NLP and coaching applications. In this role, major clients have been AOL, Lloyd’s of London, Merrill Lynch and Accenture.

Simon won a prestigious graduate posting at Hoskyns one of the UK’s leading software houses, now part of Cap Gemini.  He was instrumental in the design and delivery of many business innovations for them. He went on to run his own consultancy, using NLP and building some excellent relationships with a number of blue chip clients, based on the quality of his consultancy and the nature of his professional, but friendly style. Examples of clients with whom he has worked on a regular basis are BP, Henderson Investors, Legal & General and National Westminster.
