Juliet Grayson
Juliet Grayson is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and coach. She combines her extensive business experience - she ran her own company for sixteen years - with a profound knowledge of NLP and a deep understanding of systemic thinking. Primarily inspired by the systemic work of Gregory Bateson, and the paradoxes of Milton Erickson, she was later drawn to and influenced by such NLP contemporaries as Robert Dilts, Judith DeLozier and Christina Hall.
Juliet is known in training circles for her warmth, for the thoroughness of her trainings, and for her ability to maintain a sense of fun whilst challenging those behaviours that call for a change. She specialises in all the soft skills, from communication and interpersonal skills, assertiveness to negotiation and selling skills and loves running stress management courses. Juliet also teaches an NLP Practitioner skills day for PPD Learning Ltd.
Recent clients include Peugeot, Eli Lilly and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.
Juliet is also a fully qualified and an NLPtCA registered NLP psychotherapist, with a private practice in Chepstow, South Wales.
