Adie DeCoursey works with people in and around senior teams, using a variety of facilitation, planning, personal development, influencing and psychological strategies to help them develop the vision, leadership, skills, charisma, and communication they need to be effective, play more satisfying roles and develop the practises to achieve their objectives.
Adie has vast experience in facilitating groups and leading teams as deputy chief executive of a national charity and leader of marketing, fundraising and coaching teams. Over a twenty year period, he facilitated planning meetings, project development groups and general and senior team away-days, designed and implemented communication strategies, increased efficiency and effectiveness, managed restructures and organisational mergers and worked with thousands of people as a coach and trainer.
Adie has worked across the public and private sectors, including people and groups from: Institute of Fundraising, Italian Chamber of Commerce, London Sustainability Exchange, Mars UK, Merrill Lynch, NAM, Npower, Port of Tilbury (London), Royal & Sun Alliance, Siemens, Southwark Primary Care Trust, Southwark Volunteer Centre, Thales, DeVere Hotels, GlaxoSmithKline, KPMG, and the United Nations.
He has delivered bespoke Leadership programmes for senior management, including the CEO, to Crisis and Southwark Volunteer Centre’s Board.
Adie has sought out the best he can find to train, coach and mentor him; he has worked learned from, and continues to work with and consult to the best in the world. Besides being a body-worker, qualified coach, Prism Personality Profiling Practitioner and student of Positive Psychology, Adie is a Master Practitioner, Business Master Practitioner and qualified Trainer of NLP. He is a member of the Institute of Fundraising, the Society of NLP and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
