Jules Peck is a training consultant with over nineteen years experience, specialising in people development. She is also a qualified coach, mediator and facilitator for public meetings and management away days. Jules' core value is to help managers and staff achieve their very best within the workplace. She believes that when companies invest in their employees with the right training and coaching, the results for the company are phenomenal.
Jules started her career training diplomats in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Department of Trade and Industry. After a series of corporate roles in the public sector, Jules achieved her goal of starting her own company to help others to achieve fulfillment at work.
Jules is a Master NLP Practitioner, qualified coach, MBTI Practitioner and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
She has a passion for helping others achieve their goals, either through training courses or one to one coaching. In addition, Jules is an expert in work based relationships, having successfully undertaken mediations at all levels within organisations.
